Expectations 

* The kitten/cat will be treated well, have fresh food, water and clean litter. He or she will be treated kindly and provided scratching post and toys.

* The kitten/cat will receive yearly veterinary examinations to maintain good health of the animal.

* The kitten will not be allowed outside except on a closely supervised leash or in a completely enclosed run. Be aware this may expose your cat/kitten to diseases and/or fleas and ticks.  

* Kitten/cat will not be declawed

* The buyer will not give or sell the kitten or cat to any person. If the buyer can not keep the cat/kitten the breeder will be contacted as the first option to assist in the placement of the animal

Health Guarantee

* The kitten/cats will be up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed and spayed/neutered, when kitten is received by owner. Buyer will receive a health record. 

* The breeder recommends the buyer take the kitten/cat to their own veterinarian, (at buyers expense), within the first 72 hours for their own satisfaction and protection. If the veterinarian feels the animal is ill and illness was present prior to the sale the breeder will be contacted

* The breeder guarantees against death of a kitten/cat due to genetic defects for one year from the date of purchase. (FELV, FIV, and FIP are not genetic and are specifically excluded). If an unlikely death is due to a genetic abnormality and a report or written letter is received from a licensed veterinarian stating the cause of death reported from an autopsy report, the breeder will refund or replace (if available) Kitten.

Return policy

* The breeder agrees to except the kitten back at any time, if the buyer can not take care of the cat/Kitten. The breeder agrees to except the kitten/cat back with no obligation to refund. Delivery to the breeder is the buyers responsibility.
